C2C Mentors have held a first-time owner’s workshop for residents of Houston Texas.
The workshop which was held on 11th September 2021 at Hilton Garden Inn, Sugar Land Texas is designed to close the gap in home buyers’ education in the area, and treated participants with the realities in the industry.
Franco Bonghan, the CEO of C2C Mentors said that the event was the first of its kind, designed to help minority populations in their buying options.
He also stated that what is most important is that the workshop participants will have to listen to top industry professionals who delivered tools which have helped lots of persons in that category in the real estate landscape.

“The workshop is an ongoing educational series held every quarter by C2C Mentors LLC in reflection of our motto ‘Financial Literacy through home ownership’ and mission ‘Helping minority Communities navigate the complex Home ownership landscape in the United States of America”, he said.
One of the resource persons, Mr. Dwayne Graham, a top 1% mortgage originator in the United States of America, educated the audience on the whole home ownership process and what to expect in the process with great tips on how to navigate with success.
Mr. Dwayne Graham who is also a Branch Manager of New American Funding in Sugar Land Texas said that lots of persons have run into difficulties in the process of home buying because they did not have enough education in that regards, adding that knowing the right way to navigate the process is key to the success everyone is craving for.
Mr. Jason Noble who is with Goosehead Insurance Company explored different options when it comes to home owners Insurance, adding that it is very important to consider the right form of insurance.
Questions centered on deductibles, replacement costs and how to find affordable Insurance with good coverage were handled, with participants expressing their satisfaction on the knowledge gained during the workshop.
